We want every trip to be safe and enjoyable, which means our RIB rides are not suitable for everyone.

Please read the following carefully before booking:

Who Our Trips Are Not Suitable For

  • Guests who are elderly, frail, or require walking aids
  • Anyone with back, neck, or spinal problems
  • Those with hip issues or hip replacements
  • Guests who are heavily pregnant

Babies & Young Children

Families are welcome, but if you’re travelling with babies or very young children, please call us before booking so we can advise on the best time and conditions for your trip.

Bringing Your Dog

Dogs are welcome on board if you feel your pet will genuinely enjoy the trip. Please bear in mind:

  • Nervous dogs are not suitable
  • Sea spray, noise, and movement can be unsettling
  • Dogs must remain under control at all times

General Fitness

For safety reasons, passengers need to be physically capable of getting on and off the boat. At times, this may involve stepping across from one boat to another.

Booking

When booking online, you’ll be asked to confirm you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. By checking this box, you are confirming that you and your party are suitable to travel.

Please note, if you arrive and our crew and/or Skipper deem you unsuitable for safety reasons, you may risk losing your booking. The skipper always has the final say on whether conditions are safe and appropriate for each passenger, and we can only advise at the time of booking.

Not Sure If It’s Right For You?

If you’re unsure about suitability for yourself, your children, or your dog, please give us a call on 07761 800004 before booking.

Our team will be happy to advise and make sure you get the best possible experience on the water.
